Clayton Whitworth has joined Yonke Law as an Attorney in Kansas City, Missouri. Clayton is concentrating on personal injury matters, focusing on motor vehicle collisions, medical malpractice, trucking collisions, catastrophic injuries, work-related injuries, premises liability, products liability, and other complex injury cases. Every day he helps people with physical, mental and financial injuries get the compensation they need and deserve.
Growing up in the Kansas City Metropolitan area, Clayton had the benefit of watching his father practice law as an Assistant United States Attorney, Acting United States Attorney and now, United States Magistrate Judge in the Western District of Missouri. Clayton’s older brothers, Justin and Luke are both Attorneys in Kansas City, Missouri. Clayton also has an Uncle and Cousin who both practice law in Missouri. Clayton spent his childhood observing the practice of law in the courtroom much like the firm’s owner Mike Yonke.
Outside of practicing law, Clayton enjoys spending time volunteering for charitable organizations, including the Third & Long Foundation. Clayton helped create the Annual Jake Cavanaugh Turkey Bowl which has raised thousands of dollars for local families who have suffered from cancer. Clayton also enjoys spending time with his family and friends, watching and playing sports, and all outdoor activities. Clayton is also a passionate Kansas City Chiefs and Kansas City Royals fan!
Clayton resides in Lee’s Summit, Missouri with his Wife and their two dogs, Ryder and Molly Sue. We are very happy and proud to have Clayton join the Yonke Law family!
